You’ll be thrilled to find a beautiful stretch of beach, sheltered from the wind and currents, right “on your doorstep”—just 20 meters away. Numerous restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.

Four exclusive bedrooms, each accommodating two guests, are available—two of which feature stunning water views. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom (with showers). Every bedroom features custom-built wooden cabinetry, along with a hotel safe and TV.

The beautiful, thoughtfully designed interior allows you to live in harmony with nature on the partially loft-style floors; for example, the textiles were chosen so that you can conceal the TVs if you wish.

Cleverly arranged custom woodwork can be found throughout the house, ensuring guests enjoy a very pleasant stay.

The comfortable underground parking garage offers two assigned parking spaces for your cars as well as spaces for your bicycles.

From the underground garage, you have direct access to your beach house and enter the dune level (basement)—here you’ll find a spacious bedroom and a luxurious natural-stone en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

A separate guest restroom is also located on this level.

High-quality, exclusive built-in closets and interior design details underscore the property’s exclusivity.

A private washer and dryer are also located on this level.

From here, you can also take the fully transparent elevator directly to all other levels of your beach house.

Once you reach the first floor, you’ll find the beautifully designed living area with a glass-enclosed gas fireplace—you can see the gorgeous fire from three sides here.

The lovely sofa lounge area with additional armchairs allows you to conceal the TV behind a curtain if desired.

From your living room, you’ll enjoy views of the beautiful dune landscape.

From here, you can step out onto your own Bangkirai terrace, furnished with exclusive Italian designer furniture for all guests, directly adjacent to the nature-protected dune area with roses—here, for both two- and four-legged friends, entry is unfortunately not permitted, but enjoying the view and the atmosphere is expressly allowed.

The beautiful, custom-built kitchen leaves nothing to be desired; the custom-made table crafted from historic wood, paired with designer chairs and a comfortable, custom-built bench along the wall upholstered in high-quality luxury fabrics, invites residents to linger and enjoy themselves – You’ll also find a glass-fronted wine cooler in your home.

You always have a choice—whether to take the elevator or the stairs. Once you reach the upper floor, past the beautifully designed hallway, you’ll find two lovely bedrooms, each with an open-concept bathroom and a separate toilet.

The amenities are on par with a hotel and leave nothing to be desired.

Each bedroom features a hotel-style safe and ample storage space in the custom-built wardrobes.

On the top floor, you’ll find another beautiful bedroom with access to a private loggia overlooking the water and featuring cozy seating for two people.

The sauna with a relaxation sofa, as well as a shower and a separate restroom, are also located on this top floor. Another loggia with seating for two residents adjoins this area.

The underground parking garage (maximum entry height 2.02 meters) on the dune level offers you two parking spaces for your home; you can enter your home directly from the garage.
