The 35 m² Nepomuk apartment on the first floor impresses with its well-thought-out layout and cozy furnishings. The open-concept living and dining area is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a large dining table, offering plenty of space to relax. From here, you have direct access to the 20-square-meter thatched-roof terrace, which is equipped with patio furniture and a beach chair. Barbecues are permitted on the terrace only with an electric grill.

Kitchen
The kitchen is functional and compact, yet fully equipped with all essential appliances. It blends harmoniously into the open living area and makes cooking easy during your stay.

Bedroom
The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious closet. Everything is designed for maximum comfort and relaxation.

A parking space right next to the house ensures a convenient arrival. Garden furniture and a beach chair are available seasonally.
