This beautiful vacation rental, approximately 120 m² in size and accommodating up to 5 people, spans two levels and is located in an absolutely quiet setting in the idyllic Sonnenland just outside of List. The first floor features a stylishly furnished living and dining area whose cozy atmosphere invites you to relax. There is also a double fold-out bed here. The modern, open-concept kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, is fully equipped. A staircase leads down to the basement. There you’ll find two bright double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a separate guest restroom, and a separate shower. Feel free to enjoy the beautiful terrace with an adjoining garden, complete with patio furniture and a beach chair (in season). Free Wi-Fi, a bike shed next to the house, two assigned parking spaces, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer are at your disposal. Pets are welcome. Charging electric cars using the house’s electricity must be arranged in advance and will be billed separately.

Note: Linen packages (bed linens and towels) are not included in the price and can be booked as an optional extra for a fee.
