The property was close to the places we wanted to go to. The kitchen is an added benefit. We had a little issue when we came back late and no one was at the desk to eat us in but it got resolved by knocking and ringing the bell.

This was a very clean and comfortable room. We were surprised by the large walk in closet with balcony. The additional shared kitchen/ laundry space makes it perfect for a longer stay. Staff were very friendly. I would recommend this guest house to family and friends.

We were very happy with the renovated room. Everything was in great condition and there was an ELEVATOR... not always easy to find. The location was great for walking to the landmark Parque Eduardo VII, and even closer to the bullring, where I saw the green parrots. It's a quick taxi ride to the airport, and since we had to leave at 3am, having an all night desk clerk was fantastic.

The rooms were the same as that in photos, a bit on the smaller side but clean and well maintained. Appreciate the helpful staff at the reception for keeping our bags even after check out! Unusual stay for me. Simple rooms with 2 shared kitchens per floor which I've never done before. It's in a nice neighborhood with easy access to food, markets, parks etc. and the staff speak multiple languages and were all very nice. Nothing fancy but a great place to lay your head when travelling.
