I will start off on a positive that the hotel staff was wonderful and very responsive. I don't think I waited longer than a few minutes once I texted them. Having a washing machine/dryer was very convenient and appreciated. The downside is that, as much as the hotel itself is lovely, the area, at night, is a different story. Our first 10 minutes of arriving had us approached by drug dealers, while with our 12-year-old son, and homeless using the alley, our window opened up to, as a bathroom. The daytime is very different and the location is perfect for all the shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, the first impression has stuck and, sadly, it's unlikely we will return. Footnote - I do realize that this is city life. However, had someone mentioned it in another review, I may have looked for something that felt "safer" especially traveling with a child. I felt a bit let down and regretting the choice I made for the family.

Property was very nice and clean. Room was big and comfortable.They took the time to leave a welcome gift. The only issue I had with the room was an foul odor that we couldnt figure out where it was coming from. The apartment was in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and many things to do.

Couldn’t have asked for more! Location was perfect; easily walkable to so many restaurants and shops and the water. Property was so charming and updated tastefully. Rooms were surprisingly quiet though we had windows that opened right into the square! Apartment was spacious enough for a family of four and the bedding was all very comfortable. Katerina was very helpful and responsive in setting up transfers to and from the airport. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Wonderful location, musty smell

Perfect location, beautiful and spacious rooms, nice and quiet despite being right downtown. Communication was also excellent. However, the beds and pillows are not very comfortable and the apartment we stayed in smelled very musty despite plug-ins all over the place. The smell really, really bothered a couple family members and didn’t bother others, so it depends how sensitive you are to smell! Location really can’t be beat! Warning: if you are travelling by car, there’s nowhere to pull over and unload your luggage.

The floors were very squeaky, the upstairs people made noice all night. All four nights we stayed. Very annoying. House keeping opened the door on us twice while we were relaxing from the heat wave. I wished they would knock. The first time I get it accidents happen, but the second time I was hot happy. We didn’t request any cleaning and they would come and made my children very uncomfortable. Very cute decor and nice place but probably wouldn’t stay again.

I thought the main bed was really comfortable. It was in a great location. It was super central. It was quite lovely. The company was excellent at communication! The internet worked great and the A/C was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the bed situation for our kids! For the bad - Our room had a terrible smell. We let them know and they tried to fix it with some incense, but there is clearly some sort of plumbing issue. We didn't look forward to going back to our room because of this issue. They couldn't move us because it was sold out. I will say the staff was super kind and they were very apologetic and provided us a nice note and wine. They were very kind about it.

We loved the quirky decor of this apartment. Its in a great, albeit very busy, part of town so finding dining, grocery, shopping and transportation is very easy. The apartment was well appointed and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking possible. We loved the welcome treats. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which was a life saver. Overall a great stay with our two kids. Would recommend!
