We enjoyed our stay in the Chiado penthouse. The location was great and we loved having patio balcony that could seat all four of us. The beds and rooms were comfortable. We didn’t mind the four story walk up. After all, Lisbon is city of hills. Location is great and the street itself is quiet, although there is some construction next door but it was during the day when we were out and about. I would recommend this apartment, particularly for a family or group of friends.

The location is fantastic, but the building is old and has a strange smell and as long as you don’t mind, climbing multiple flights of stairs, the balcony is the best feature for this top floor unit. Limited Textiles and pillows available and could use more kitchen essentials but the host was helpful with suggestions in the area

No longer a fan of VRBO/AirB&B. This has been my experience with the last rentals: Great location, The basics are there in the units but they have wierd layouts, lots of wasted space, appliances and furniture is show lots of wear, things that dont work, etc. All doable,but the value for the money is decreasing from the early days when you dealt with the actual owners and not agencies.

Incredible location! Kitchen has everything you need, terrace is fantastic to enjoy breakfast on and an evening glass of wine. Living space is very comfortable and spacious. You are walking distance to so many great spots and it was quiet for sleeping. It isn’t six floors up like some people say, it’s three floors up. Yes, it’s six short flights of stairs. The stairs are super wide. The queen bed is actually a double. It wasn’t an issue for us as we are smaller adults. We would for sure stay here again.

The location was outstanding

This property was exactly what we wanted from our Lisbon experience. We knew there were a lot of stairs to reach the top floor and it was not a problem as it was only a couple times a day. The rooms were charming, but don’t expect a hotel, expect a charming Lisbon apartment with cool angles and built in shelves and closets. I would stay there again. Martim was responsive, helpful and nice.

Good location…. Poor quality

Great location for our family…. However, AC units do not work well, beds are thin and uncomfortable. The deck has numerous boards that are loose and unsafe to step onto. The third bed and room is for children; if your family is tall, do not stay here; low angled ceilings in bedrooms and kitchen- and third bed is too small for an adult. Limited supply of towels…. Loving areas are not clean.

Bel appartement bien situé!

Nous avons passé 4 jours à 2 couples, avons bien apprécié notre séjour à cet appartement bien équipé, propre et à quelques minutes des principales attractions de Lisbonne! La terrasse est un gros bonus en fin de journée, quoiqu'elle aurait besoin d'un peu de réparations. Il faut toutefois être prêt à monter 5 étages à pied car il n'y a pas d'ascenseur ... Nous recommandons chaudement !
