Vera, in the dining room was amazing! Overall, the place was fantastic. The staff were great. They upgraded us, for our honeymoon. The location was perfect - easily walkable to anything you might want.

We ordered an airport shuttle but they never came. The rest of our stay was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to take care of all our needs. They were always smiling, attentive, and curtious. The food at the Bistro 99 attached to hotel was superb. Will definitely return on our next visit to Lisbon.

There are a lot of great things about this hotel - nice rooms, great breakfast, convenient location. We stayed in two different rooms during our two night stay because our first room was so noisey. We were at the front of the hotel at the end that is close to the neighbouring theatre’s videos screen advertising shows ( it was repetitive and extremely loud). So our first night wasn’t great, but we loved the back room we were moved to the next night, and appreciated the manager getting this sorted for us.
