The property is well located, within walking distance to points of interest and to the public transportation. It's a 2nd floor walk-up (3rd for Americans). I loved returning to the nice bouncy swing on the balcony after a long day of activities. The flat was acceptably clean, the layout is convenient, and there was that feeling of privacy. I liked having the kitchen. Several good chain supermarkets are nearby, incl. Aldi and Continente. The WiFi router in the apartment didn't work (no internet), but we were able to connect to an unsecured free WiFi in the vicinity. The toiletries/dish soap are not provided unless left by previous guests. The kitchen was generally equipped, but out of the flatware there were only one fork and one tablespoon, several teaspoons and plenty of knives. The apartment is in dire need of some electrical work - about half of the outlets were out of order, specifically you have nowhere to connect the lamps on the bedside tables, and the outlet by the table in the living room didn't work, so I had to go elsewhere with my laptop, etc. The main host's problem, though, is last-minute check-in payment and corresponding communications, which are only through email or local phone, and tourists from abroad way have limited connectivity. Check-in instructions on Expedia were obsolete. It would be preferable to duplicate up-to-date instructions through Expedia application or WhatsApp. We still had nice time after checking in and throughout our stay.
