Bairro Alto Music GuestHouse provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, express check-in and check-out and a private bathroom with an oversized shower, the perfect choice for a short stay.

Located next to the famous Conservatorio Nacional, a music school founded in 1837 inspired the design of the rooms to translate the music and Lisbon mood through its textures, colours, and materials.

As a 100% Portuguese company, and to give our guests a deeper taste of Portugal, we chose Portuguese brands to create this Guest House, architecture, design, decoration, ceramics, textiles, amenities. I think this property would be great, just not the particular unit we were in. We were in the Mozart unit. I didn't realize the ceiling was so low! My husband is 5'11 and his head touched the ceiling in the highest spot. We both had to slump over when walking anywhere in the unit. Unless you are of short stature, this unit is not for you. The place was very clean, but there wasn't even a small refrigerator which would've been really nice. Just to keep a drink cool or fruit, etc. Again, it's just this unit. I'm sure the other ones are great.
