The room was nice, great air conditioning, the staff were nice. Location was really amazing . The building is obviously older so sound reverberates throughout the building. Also the street can get loud, especially during the world cup, so bring your earplugs.

The apartment was in a convienent location and close to most spots in Alfama however our apartment was on a busy street and there was music until 4am so we couldnt sleep. Also the apartment could be cleaner especially the carpets and couch.

As a solo traveler who wanted to stay in Alfama, this was the ideal spot for me. The room was clean, staff was friendly and when I needed something, they immediately took care of it. I read other reviews complaing about the noise but I had zero issues. I would absolutely book this place on a return visit!
