House Rules:
The minimum age to book is 25.
Unauthorized guests are not permitted to stay at the property.
Bookings for third parties are not permitted.
The provision of any third-party services or the hosting of events of any kind within this property is not permitted.
Subletting is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
If it is detected that pets have been on the property, a penalty of €200 will be applied to cover the costs of deep cleaning, laundry, and possible temporary unavailability of the space.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
This is a 100% non-smoking accommodation. Smoking is not permitted inside the property (including bedrooms, bathrooms, enclosed balconies, or any indoor area). If smoke, the smell of tobacco, or traces of consumption are detected inside the accommodation, a penalty of €200 will be applied to cover the costs of deep cleaning, deodorization, and possible temporary unavailability.
The use of drugs or alcohol on the property is not permitted. Any such occurrence will result in the cancellation of the reservation, at the guest’s expense.
After in-person check-in and confirmation that the property meets expectations, the guest has a period of 72 hours to report any issues with the property.
Use or occupancy for commercial purposes or the provision of services is not permitted. The property is for accommodation purposes only.
The holding of parties, events, meetings, etc., is not permitted, including but not limited to:
-Weddings / Bridal or groom preparations / Receptions for family and friends before or after the wedding
-Baptisms and related family preparations, pre-celebration receptions, etc.
-Gatherings of family members not included in the reservation
-Work meetings/Team building
-Parties/Birthday dinners or lunches
-Celebrations of rites of passage, ceremonies, etc.
-Personal or professional celebrations
-Promotion of products, services, brands, etc., or any sales, etc.
-Other parties or gatherings of any kind
It is mandatory to turn off all air conditioners when leaving the house.
It is not permitted to keep the air conditioner running 24 hours a day, especially during the winter, as this causes condensation and humidity that may damage the property.
The house must be aired out daily, even on rainy days.
All guests must treat the house with the utmost care and respect, as if it were their own.
It is strictly prohibited to damage, remove, or misuse any item belonging to the accommodation.
Guests must maintain the accommodation in a condition similar to that at check-in, both in terms of cleanliness and general organization.
It is the guests’ responsibility to take out the trash, keep the spaces clean, and avoid the accumulation of excessive dirt.
It is mandatory to take the trash to the municipal dumpster located at the entrance to the town daily.
Any damage caused must be reported immediately to the host. Repair or replacement costs may be charged through the app.
It is mandatory to turn off the street lights at bedtime.
During the summer, maintenance and cleaning of the pool and garden must be performed every 4 days by the host or a person designated by the host, at a time to be agreed upon.
The use of tanning products, self-tanning products, or sunscreen is not permitted while using the pool (both inside and outside the pool area).
If you do so, the pool liner will need to be replaced and the pool repainted, at an estimated cost of 1500–1700 EUR to be borne by the guests.
The property owners/managers are not liable for any damage or accidents occurring in the pool.
Portuguese law requires that hosts register all guests with the authorities (MAI) in advance. You must provide all information regarding all guests staying at the accommodation in a timely manner.
There is an outdoor camera at the driveway entrance that records video and audio.
There are two other outdoor cameras in the backyard and by the pool (which record video, not audio). All devices are located outside the house.
