A wonderful place in a great location. Supermarkets, restaurants, metro and other transport links just steps away. The room itself was so modern and clean and it was great how there was an ‘essentials cupboard’ to top up on items we needed such as toilet paper, kitchen roll, bin bags, etc. I would definitely recommend, especially for families, and I’ll be checking out other Numa properties for other upcoming Europe trips!

Loved my stay at Numa Rato Lisbon. Great location with two metro stops in walking distance, multi pubs lines and trams nearby. A very convenient supermarket next door. The room was modern, clean. The free treats in the room were much welcome bonus. The online check-in worked well, not having a reception desk was actually fine. There is a 24/7 WhatsApp if yo up need any help. The basement essentials closet with complimentary luggage lockers was fab.

Call me old school but I didn't like that there are no staff in the building. All communication is done through automated messaging. I left two empty water bottles on my bed and they were not replaced when the bed was remade. Breakfast if you add it on is down the block and across the street. There is a decent selection but average at best. This is about a 20 minute walk from the downtown area. There are some good restaurants in the area, Madame restaurant is excellent. Grocery stores nearby as well.
