Marisa is an amazing host. She responds to communication very quickly. The apartment is setup with everything you’ll need from all kitchen cooking pot and pans to bathroom towels and washer and dryer. The beds are very comfortable and bedrooms have plenty of storage and are a nice size. The patio has wonderful views with cushions, table and chairs with cushions. There is a market just a few steps away. Air conditioning was handy as it was a bit humid some days. Please note the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator. We enjoyed the location as it was close to the city center.

Our stay in Lisbon was amazing! Marisa was very helpful meeting us at the apartment and explaining the important aspects for our 5 day stay. The apartment is delightful and well equipped. The location is close to Rossio and a reasonable walk to Alfama. This location allowed us to enjoy both our day trips and evening dining as well as time on the outdoor deck area which has a wonderful view. Highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful place to stay. It was in good proximity to everything we wanted to see and do. Definitely steep roads as others stated. The large deck was great. We spent each night out on it. I would definitely reccomend.

The property was excellent, spacious, clean and everything worked perfectly.Marisa met us and explained everything, she even had a nice touch by adding a bottle of wine . The balconies both have great views and are spacious to sit out on. Our only warning is that Lisbon is very hilly city and this location is a challenging walk uphill from the downtown core . We typically walked down and Ubered back .Great stay! Definitely recommend

The apartment was very clean and well furnished and the view of the city was beautiful. We sat out on the deck several times and enjoyed a glass of wine. Check in was easy and Marissa was a great host! I could not recommend a better place to stay.

Firstly we must thank Marisa for being a wonderful, informative host. Made check in and check out seamless. The location was very central to all major sites and within walking distance (10min walk from Rossio train station). Lovely Lisbon

This was the perfect location to explore Lisbon and the the area. The home was so well equipped and clean. Marisa was an excellent host, communicated so well and helped with our needs…taxi and train connections. We would highly recommend this home.

Great apartment!

What a lovely place. Spacious and clean, with everything you need and wonderful views. Quite a few steps and a steep hill down to the town but so close to everything if you are able to walk it. That said, getting an Uber is super easy too! I would stay here again and recommend to others without hesitation.

Great family stay in Lisbon

We are family of 6 (husband, 2 sisters, nephew, daughter and myself) ages 27-74 meeting in Lisbon for 4 day stay of being a tourist. Marissa’s place was perfect for us. First it was beautiful and spacious, we were very comfortable and felt completely safe all 4 nights. We waked to most things, but did have our tuk tuk tour pick us up at the door which was great! The beds were very comfortable, beautiful clean bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. We only did small continental type breakfast in the apartment, dinners we ate out and every meal was fabulous! Walking down the hill to Rossio square was very easy, we all managed it just fine! I was able to get my Starbucks daily and we ate more delicious sweet treats than I’ve had in years! We had a great trip and Marisa’s apartment was the perfect central location for us to work from and relax at night, and that deck was fantastic!! Everything was as advertised, it was quiet at night, we slept well and played hard! We highly recommend this apartment, we were very happy with it!

Good location

This vrbo was very nice and well located…check in was easy as communication with host was excellent. No complaints. Apartment was very clean and very nice. Lots of stairs to climb, so beware if you have large luggage. We managed it well! I rated 4 stars but would give 4.5 if we could… I’m deducting .5 for a few reasons…inside staircase in the apartment is very narrow and hand rail needs to be fixed as it’s very wobbly. I did mention this to Marisa on my way out. All in all a very nice place, comfy beds and would stay here again..

Wonderful hostess, impressive city!!!

This apartment was as clean and well-stocked as any we have ever rented!Four adults (two couples) were accommodated nicely and all slept extremely well - mostly due to the comfy beds and partially due to the amount of walking we did on the hilly streets of Lisbon. Being first-time visitors, we heard the stories and they are no joke - but worth every step!We should disclose this is a third floor apartment with narrow stairs (54, to be exact) and no lift, but the warm and homey feel, the good city view, and proximity to many sites, restaurants, and transit was an easy trade worth making.Our hostess, Marisa, greeted us personally and gave us a complete tour pointing out every detail, most of which enhanced our stay. e.g.: recycling, laundry and dishwasher soap, foldable clothes drying rack, where to shop for groceries nearby (and a cart, if needed). All the daily essentials like shower soap, plenty of clean linens, two sets of keys, directions on lights and HVAC, TV, were provided.Communication was excellent and arrival / departure times were as flexible as one could hope for. Marisa went above and beyond as she helped with a bag down the stairs as we were leaving - not to mention the bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival.When we come back to Lisbon, we will look to stay here again!Thank you, Marisa!

Great Location

The stay was great. Lots of stairs but very doable. We are all in our late 60s and were able to do manage the stairs.we were close to everything. Marisa was very accommodating. House was clean and very nice. Would recommend this house.

Great, central apartment

We rented the apartment for one week for a 60th birthday getaway. We absolutely loved it. Clean, big, quiet street, it had absolutely everything needed for our stay. It has a beautiful terrace with views of the Tagus river that we enjoyed every morning for coffee in the warm sun and evening for a glass of wine. The apartment is on a third floor walkup but it was not a problem for any of us. We ranged in age from 65 to 8 and we had no issues.

Excellent 3rd floor apartment with gorgeous views

Met by property manager upon arrival and leaving. Everything was great. Really enjoyed the views from the rear deck as well as the front balconies. It is on the 3rd floor with many steps, but to view is worth it.
