NEW - Studio Arrábida, Lisbon

Renovated and decorated in 2017 by Architect. Ideally located between "Campo de Ourique" and "Rato". Very quiet, with all comfort and security. The apartment has a double bed, living room area with sofa bed, bathroom with shower base and fully equipped kitchenette with electric appliances.
The studio also has a private patio, furnished with armchairs and table, decorated with flowers and plants. If additional baby equipment or other is needed, just order.
The area is residential and the street is quiet. There is a metro station about 5 minutes away (“Rato”» - yellow line). There are also several bus stops in the immediate vicinity that allow you to reach the main points of the city.
The apartment is located 10 minutes from the emblematic “Jardim da Estrela” (garden) and the “Basilica da Estrela”(church) - two of the main Lisbon jewels to visit. Crossing the lush garden is the famous tram 28 that takes us in 10 minutes to “Chiado” and “Bairro Alto”, and in 20, to “Baixa Lisboeta” (downtown city center) and the Castle.
“Campo de Ourique” neighborhood is known for its duality - day life, very cosmopolitan, with its small local shops and typical food restaurants; At night, very serene, invites you to enjoy the public spaces such as “Campo de Ourique Market” or the garden “Jardim da Parada”.

Great stay in Lisboa. The host was very gracious and accommodating with check in. My daughter arrived past 10pm the day after Christmas and was still able to check in. Great stay in a perfect location! Easy walk to all amenities. Could walk to the central square in less than 20 mins (down hill). Metro 5 mins away. Lots of restaurants and shops within a couple minutes. The apartment had everything a couple could want. Kitchen had everything you could need to make a meal and there was also a washing machine. Our host gave us lots of info and tips of the area.

Great location! Close enough to downtown area, but quiet at night for those who are light sleepers. The host was wonderful! Took the time to give guidance around the area. Has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and washer. The location is on the ground floor, which is great for carrying luggage, get enough exercise on all the beautiful steep hills in Lisbon!. Would definitely stay again!

This is a fantastic property, with very high design standards. It provides a great place to relax, with indoor and outdoor space. Vania and Susana were very friendly and welcoming hosts and I have to give and extra thank you to Susana for weloming us in the middle of the night after our flight was delayed!The local neighbourhood has loads of restaurants and a range of shops such as bakeries, delis and fruit and veg shops. Great parks including the Jardim da Estrela are within walking distance. (If you go there, don't miss the nearby fabulous Reys icecream shop!) The apartment is also close to the Rato transport hub making transport throughout the city easy. We found everything about this apartment and its location first class and would highly recommend it!

Very nice apartment, very clean with modern bathroom and nice kitchen. And we especially enjoyed the back yard terrace. We used the available parking garage. We suggest a smaller car for the parking garage and for visiting the older parts of some of the nearby towns (like Colares) that we highly recommend. The host, Vânia, was really very nice. She greeted us late in the evening because our flight was delayed, and gave us lots of useful tips about the local restaurants, bakery, and Tram 28 which was excellent!! She responded almost immediately to any questions we had. It was a fabulous experience and we would certainly do it again!!!

I absolutely loved staying at Vania’s place. It was quiet, clean and so comfortable. Would definitely return here when I come back to Portugal. The area is safe and close to everything, but also away from the city center’s busy chaos so you can get good proper rest. Our stay at NEW - Studio Arrábida, Lisbon was a perfect end to our stay in Portugal. Communication with Vania was excellent, the apartment is beautifully designed, very clean and newly decorated with everything we needed. Susana, Vania's partner, came to rescue us when Google maps led us to an address a block away and gave us concise information about how everything works. She also gave us tips about things to do in the neighborhood and great suggestions of some local eateries. Will definitely return to stay again when in Lisbon, highly recommended.

Beautiful and comfortable place. Close to restaurants and Rato metro station, easy to get around on foot to just about anywhere. Super quiet neighborhood! Great base for a self catering stay

We were greeted by Vania and shown around the apartment and given lots of info about where to eat, shop etc. The apartment is right near good restaurants and all types of independent shops. Busses and trains are nearby to take you to the center of town. We found the bathroom/shower was excellent as well as the kitchen. The lounge/bedroom area was large enough. We did find the bed (135cm I believe) small for what we are used to. The patio area is a nice place to have any meals or sundowners, there is some noise as it is quite near the flightpath for the airport. We didn't notice this while we were sleeping as the apartment is double glazed. We found the apartment good value for money for the 4 nights we were there.
