This house was built in 2016 where, in former times, was located carpentry of the Pink Palace. This carpentry, hands of craftsmen shaped dreams and become real many pieces of furniture of the nineteenth century manor. In the eighteenth century it worked out, this carpentry, for days to rebuild the Pink Palace that was virtually destroyed after the 1755 earthquake.
New house - duplex (built in 2016) very comfortable, beautiful and well located in the heart of downtown Lisbon. You have the possibility to meet and explore on foot around the historic center from the São Jorge Castle, the Cathedral of Lisbon, the Palace Square, Rossio and Baixa - Chiado. Situated near area with many typical restaurants (Fado) and nightlife. Excellent metro access, train, bus and boat. House for up to 4 people. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room, the possibility of converting the sofa, in sofa - bed and also a bathroom and a kitchen.

Great location in Alfama.

We were only in Lisbon for 2 1/2 days but as I enjoy the Alfama area, it was a very nice location. The apartment is a good size for two people although we didn’t cook any meals there as we ate out. The air conditioning works wonderfully. It was clean, felt safe, and everything about check-in and checkout went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be in this part of Lisbon and enjoy the old streets.

In the heart of Lisbon

We travelled to Lisbon as a family of 4 with 2 pre-teen children. This small apartment was very accommodating. Close to everything! Short walks to the waterfront, shopping throughout the city with transportation of your choice nearby. Walking distance to the Rossio Square, Castelo de Sao Jorge, Alfama, Parce do Comercio and so much more. This apartment is great for small groups looking to experience the heart of Lisbon and all it has to offer.

Schönes Ferienhaus in super Lage

Wir sind mit dem Taxi für ca. 11 Euro vom Flughafen zu dem Haus gefahren (andere Verkehrsmittel sind nur anstrengender und nicht zu empfehlen). Das neu gebaute Haus an der Rua das Farinhas liegt zentral in der Nähe der Praca da Figueira, an der die wichtigen Strassenbahnen 12, 15 und 28 vorbeifahren/starten. Während unserer Urlaubstage sind wir immer über die Treppe über den Largo dos Trigueiros nach Hause gekommen. Im EG ist die Küche mit dem Wohnbereich/TV und eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch für 2 Personen; wir haben die Küche aber nur wenig genutzt. Man kann in dem nahen Supermarkt Pingo Doce gut einkaufen, ohne Treppensteigen. Im OG ist das Schlafzimmer und das Duschbad. Die Räume sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten bisher auf unseren Reisen noch keine vergleichbar schöne Unterkunft. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer mussten wir trotz 30°C Aussentemperatur nicht einschalten; hier war es auch so angenehm zu schlafen. Man kann sich vorstellen, dass die vielen in Lissabon angebotenen Dachgeschoßwohnungen ohne Klimaanlage sehr warm werden. Maria unsere freundliche Vermieterin spricht Englisch und hat uns perfekt betreut. Dafür bedanken wir uns nochmals recht herzlich. Besser geht es nicht. Entlang der Rua das Farinhas gibt es viele Bars und Tavernen. Hier sind abends viele Leute aus der Mouraria unterwegs. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder buchen, wenn wir erneut nach Lissabon kommen.

Super localisation, centrale pour découvrir Lisbonne !!

Super localisation, ça permet de découvrir l’hyper centre de Lisbonne à pied !! Hôte très accueillante, facilite le Check in et out, et donne des bonnes adresses...maison rénovée à neuf, très fonctionnelle pour 2. Le seul hic, les travaux en journée si vous avez prévu de flaimarder la journée dans la maison!!
