My wife and I just returned from Lisbon (Portugal area for 2 weeks) and spent two nights at this hotel. We had previously stayed in Lisbon in the historical City Centre and this time stayed a little further out as parking was required for our rental car. The room was fine, clean, spacious for two of us, and overlooked the main street. The bathroom and facilities were nice. Staff were pleasant and easy to deal with. I emailed them prior to arriving looking for recommendations and they provided several. I appreciate that hotels assist with this, and don't just recommend their own restaurant. The location was in the shopping district with a nice park down the center. It was about 15-20 minute walk to the waterfront (downhill) so the return walk is uphill and keep in mind if an issue for you. Staff parked our vehicle for us underground and it was safely stored for us. Breakfast is included in the lower level and had plenty of options, lots of seating, and was well run. Overall we would recommend this place understanding that you know the location is a little further out from the historical center. That being said we found some great restaurants near by!

We were given an early check-in, which was very helpful as we had flown overnight to Lisbon. When we arrived, the front desk couldn’t be any more help in terms of offering local attractions and sharing recommendations on what to see/enjoy in Lisbon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke great English. Breakfast was good, but did not change day to day. We used the sauna for tree as part of our reservation. The rooms were very nice. Great location. Bar was open late and a great place to relax and unwind.
