A lovely hotel with extremely helpful and pleasant staff. I arrived early and was able to get my room straight away. The hotel is right beside Rato metro stop and also has lots of buses almost on the doorstep to take you to Barrio Alto and the other tourist sights. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Compact hotel with a decent breakfast (avoid the crowded time). We had to change room after first night and staff were very helpful. Location isn't too bad near the Rato metro and buses to get around Lisbon. Couple of groups were staying at hotel at same time so needed to avoid them at breakfast as room fairly small.
