Kind staff, well set up room (exactly as advertised) The bed was not that comfortable / it felt like there were mattress springs out of place - I took a bath towel from the bedroom and doubled it up and slept on that so that there was an additional layer between me and the mattress and then it was fine

Nice room and view but didn’t sleep well as the room was very warm, air conditioning didn’t work. Opened window but was noisy and window wouldn’t stay open. Liked there was in hotel restaurant and bar but they didn’t accept cash so went out to eat elsewhere. Paid more than what was quoted when I booked through Expedia.

Convenient location, room is clean, hotel overall is well presented. Breakfast buffet is ok, the variety of foods is a bit limited. Room layout is good, but our room 610 had water collected underneath the bathroom flooring, resulting swelling floor planks around the entrance of the bathroom and water seepage between the floor planks when stepped on. The leakage problem seemed to have been existed for sometime without the notice or report by the hotel staff. This overlook takes a star from my rating.

It's a lovely property. Our rooms were extremely comfortable. Be aware that this is not downtown. You have quite a distance to go to the alfombra and the historic downtown area.

I was there for one night prior to catching a flight back to the US. The hotel is walking distance from the Oriente train station which is a plus. It is a very safe and quiet location which is close to walkable shopping and restaurants.
