The hotel, the room and the restaurant are all very clean and good quality. Food buffets are very good with very variations. The staff are professional. The only thing that we can complain is that the pool is not included and one should pay separately. It was the first time of such experience. Still we can recommend the hotel.

Very clean hotel well maintained, staff friendly, Breakfast buffet style with a vast choice to pick from. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. There is a metro station right outside the front door which made travel around the city simple

At the breakfast buffet, I noticed a child cough in his hands and touch several pieces of bread with the hand that he coughed in. I immediately went and told the hostess so that she can replace the bread. She casually walked over to the basket and went into the back. She said something to a gentlemen and then went back to the hostess stand. She never replaced the bread. This is unsanitary practices and could get everyone sick. If it wasn’t for that, everything would have been great! The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was excellent, and my room was clean and modern.

We stayed here on Christmas Eve for one night. It was a good hotel but nothing I would come back to. No one helps you with your bags Nor offers the cart or any help whatsoever considering we had 2 suitcases and a stroller. We had an early flight and asked for breakfast boxes and specifically mentioned no meat or ham which was noted. In the morning, we got four ham sandwiches. Also there was a weird smell in the hallway and in the room, which is probably from the cleaning solution, but still there nonetheless. Lastly, the thermostat in the room was not working. We opened the window, but there’s too much noise from cars. The rooms were clean overall the bathroom was clean. The shower was nice. The free water was nice and the bed was comfortable but for a four star hotel I expected more.

I booked for a weekend break and i found Jupiter hotel because the price was reasonable for this time of the year and I was amazed how beautiful and well maintained the place is the staff are very friendly and the facilities were superb I will definitely book again when I go back to Lisbon!

Overall was a good stay except for the fire alarm that lasted more than an hr on and off, elevators were blocked and the employees kept on saying it was a test when clearly all the amount of guest that accumulated on the lobby could see it wasn’t. It really got out of control, and they didn’t seem very troubled dealing with it like it wasn’t the first time.I read a review before reserving this hotel stating something about a fire alarm and I didn’t pay any attention to it cause it was only one.This happened at night and it was finally fixed after 10 pm.
