This charming apartment located in the heart of Lisbon is now being completely refurbished to welcome our guests in comfort. Located in the traditional neighborhood of Graça, it is just a few minutes walk from the famous graça viewpoint, as well as from the city center. The photos that are published in the advertisement, are as the apartment is currently, and after the works will be very different, and of course for the best :-).

Exactly as expected for a character stay in the heart of the city. Parking was difficult because two neighbouring streets were under construction, but that's the reality of old cities and not the fault of the host. Suite was lovely, host helpful, communication excellent.

Interior was run down. Two interior doors were broken and would not close. Black mold on bathroom walls gave me a cough. Listing promised “parking on site” but that was not true, only street parking two blocks away. Outdoor deck was filthy, covered with garbage and old clothes. Window in main bedroom would not close all the way. So we had to listen to street noise and drunk people in the middle of the night. Listening does not mention that this is a basement apartment, so it is dark and smells like mildew. The photographs make it look large and sunny, which is not.
