Apartment is as shown in pictures. Great views of Tagus River & Vasco de Gama bridge. Nice little balcony with street view. Apartment is well stocked with cooking appliances, utensils, dishes. It is about 3/4 of way down the hill from local square, Largo de Graca, where there are several small shops for groceries & a great butcher shop. Bring your own shopping bags. Also, a wonderful restaurant, Sant Avo. There's a small elevator which is needed as apartment is on 4 th floor. Trams & buses stop at the square. The #28 tram is always packed unless you get it early in am or after 6 pm. Check Carris website for transportation options. VERY hilly area for walking. There were several wear & tear issues c apartment & a list has been provided to bnBird Also, there was a serious breakdown in communication on the day that we were to get into apartment that left us on the street c bags for 50 minutes in hot sun. This has also been addressed c the company. Communication up to this point had been good. We enjoyed our stay in Lisbon but be aware that large numbers of cruise ship passengers make it very crowded at popular sites. There were several

Outstanding views

Overall, the property was a fantastic place to stay. The views were outstanding and it was easily walkable to everything we wanted to see. However, for what is being charged per night, the amenities could be updated. The shower fixtures were all rusted and the tile moldy. The linens need to be thoroughly cleaned as they smelled quite musty.

Bel appartement avec très belle vue. Quartier sûr mais un peu bruyant pour cause de travaux. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte. Grand appartement bien équipé et proche de toutes commodités.

Not bad but could improve!

Det mesta var bra. En kanonvärd som var lätt att ha kontakt med via WhatsApp. Vi hade lite otur med vår vistelse för det var vägarbete utanför vilket gjorde att vattnet var avstängt under dagarna. + Otrolig utsikt, bra inomhustemperatur, läget (Graça är jättemysigt), bra kontakt med boendevärd, supersnabbt wifi om man jobbar remote. Nära till supermarket - fick betala extra för att man checkade in sent, fanns absolut inget i lägenheten så som kaffekapslar, salt, peppar osv. Brukar finnas i lägenheter annars.. konstig lukt i badrummet, mycket oljud från hissen i huset.
