Communication with us on how to get one etc was very clear and everything went smoothly . The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It is an old building and I found the common area to get to the apartment was a bit dark . Otherwise it was a good stay without incident !

I wish we could have stayed longer! The condo is in a prime location—within walking distance of Arco da Rua Augusta and many other attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and shops all around. We mostly used Uber since our time in Lisbon was short, but there were also convenient public transportation options nearby. The condo itself was the perfect size and cozy, clean, and well-equipped. I’d highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Lisbon for more than just a couple of nights like we did. Communication was excellent. Fernando stayed in touch via WhatsApp from the time I made the reservation. Although he wasn’t present at check-in, his step-by-step instructions were very clear, so there were no issues getting into the property. The only minor concern was the shower door and drainage, which could use a bit of maintenance, worth checking before your arrival. Also, I recommend asking for extra towels in advance, as the owner doesn’t live in the same building and may need some time to arrange it.

Property location was excellent. Right in downtown. Close to shops and restaurants and landmarks. Apartment was adequate but missing a few things. Washer in apartment (with no instructions on how to use), but no dryer (which I was told was there). Fridge/freezer, but no ice trays (again I was told there were ice trays.) The floor of the kitchen needs repair. Was very difficult to walk in the middle of the kitchen with wobbly and uneven tiles. If kitchen floor is repaired, and ice trays are added, it would be a nice place to stay.

This place is great. It had everything that we needed for a short stay. It's situated on a quieter side street with a partial river view & partial view of the Lisboa Cathedral, which is quiet beautiful when it's illuminated at night. Check in instructions were perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Water pressure & A/C were both great. The host even left us some pastéis de nata to enjoy with our morning coffee. Highly recommend.

Amazing apartment, staff and location

I really loved the location of the hotel. It’s on a side street, so away from the madness but so close that you can have access to restaurants, shopping and such. The property is in great condition. Communication was solid and I felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Apartment had all the basics to make our stay comfortable. It was in a great location and walkable to all points of interest. The bed was comfortable and the extra room was a bonus. Area was safe and quiet. Area vendors had all we needed except a bigger market but we ate out daily so not a big deal. We would recommend to others.

The location of the property was excellent and close to the downtown, attractions and restaurants. The apartment was new, very clean and well equipped. We were met by Ronald the property manager and assisted us with access to the apartment and showed us around and was kind and sincere. I would stay here again and recommend this property to family and friends. As well the bed and double sofa bed was very comfortable.

We were very pleased with our apartment rental. It was in a great location - just steps away from the Praca do Comercio and Rua Augusta with its restaurants, cafes and shops. The kitchen was well-equipped with cleaning supplies and pots and pans for preparing light meals as well as salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. There is a small grocery store (Amanhecer) within a 5 minute walk of the apartment or, for a larger selection of food, check out Pingo Doce located near the castle. Lisbon is a vibrant city, so expect to hear some traffic noise throughout the day/night. However, it didn't disturb our sleep as we kept the windows closed and this helped dull the noise. We felt very safe walking around the immediate neighbourhood. The management company was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay and they also had an office on the main floor if we wanted to speak to someone in person during business hours. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Lisbon!
