Property was in good area in the business area of Lisbon. The restaurant was not open for dinner on any night of our stay and local restaurants were limited. The room had a kettle but no tea , coffee or milk. The reception told us the bottle water was complimentary but wanted to charge after the first 2 bottles even though we stayed 5 nights. The areas outside lifts need carpets cleaned as they are very stained. I wouldn’t stay here on my next trip!

The location is near to everything . There is one train station that is walkable . There is a lot of reaturants and parks around the area. The staff in this hotel are very helpful , nice and polite.

Really had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were really helpful, courteous and friendly especially Gonsalo at the restaurant. I would stay at this place again since it was centrally located and close to the Pombal Metro.

I stayed 3 nights no one cleaned the room. I was out all day and would return after 4pm. The room was still not cleaned. The staff would knock on the door wanting to clean the room after 4pm. I told them not bother.

All was fine. But you use an unusually strong smelling cleaner. I gagged on the smell in the room and the hallways. I almost left, but the open window helped. I am used to hotel smells and don’t expect fresh-smelling air. But this was awful and is easy to change. Additionally, I saw a few small ants when u arrived and just brushed them away. When I woke up, the extra bed where I put my backpack was crawling with ants. I will not return.

Everything about this was great, no notes would stay again. Further from the city center’s night life, but only a twenty minute walk and a more peaceful neighborhood by the luxury store area. Couple blocks form some great restaurants and a market. Staff was very friendly, room was large, clean, and modern.
