The first lady at check-in was very kind and upgraded us to a nicer room, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, once we got to the room the AC wasn’t working. We called twice for maintenance, waited over an hour and a half, and no one ever showed up. I had to go down to the lobby myself in 30°C heat to resolve the issue. After that first encounter, the other staff were extremely rude and condescending, treating me as if I was being disrespectful when all I wanted was a working AC. They even implied it was my fault for not knowing how to use the thermostat, which was properly set. Their final “solution” was to downgrade us to a smaller room with AC. Overall, very disappointing experience considering the service and the way we were treated.
