Clean rooms and functioning kitchen. The check in process was rather painstaking. The apartment was on third floor, narrow hallways and stairs height makes lugging luggage up a rather painful experience.

The place was beautiful and clean but our sink in the bathroom and toilet were not working well which is needed for a stay. We had to do a lot of handy work to get the toilet to flush which was a bit ridiculous for a stay. Overall though the place is really nice and would be a 5 star if basic amenities worked.

The picture that is on the website, the two open windows, and large queen or king bed showing, in not what we got at all. The place has two bedrooms with twin beds in both, this is very much FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. They also had horribly worn towels and no wash cloths. They did address the towels via email message (all you have to do is ask for better towels), but why would you put out nasty worn towel to guests???!!! You should be putting your best foot forward the firs time. They should also take this picture down, because this is not what they offered

Great luxurious appartment, clean, spacious, stylish, all good. Also clear instructions and good communication with the owner. The neighborhood is quiet, no other tourists, but not scary. The only downside is the distance from public transportation. Tip for other tourists: walk downhill from Sapadores, going uphill from Santa Apolónia station after a long day is hell (at least for someone from the Netherlands)

Very cute place that is generally well equipped and set up all around. Kitchen appliances worked well, the shower and bathroom were good, AC was pretty good. Accessible to grocery and cute shops via a short walk, though I generally went a bit further out for restaurants in Graça via Uber as it can get quite hilly. I'd stay here again

Great place for anyone on a budget during this time of year! The room was immaculate and in a great non- touristy location filled mainly with Portuguese locals and businesses. Room came with a great kitchen and overall facilities, including great air con. No more than a 40 minute walk to the city centre with surrounding restaurants and supermarkets (including a Lidl) very close by. Overall a great experience for anyone wanting to visit Lisbon !
