The location was perfect. The property needs TLC. There are a lot of details that require attention. 1. Bathroom cabinets should be replaced. 2. A lot of walls need to be cleaned and painted.3. Bathrooms’ showers are falling apart 4. There are not hand towel hangers in any bathroom. (Not practical at all). 5. Living room couch needs to be replaced ASAP. 6 Cleaning crew MUST clean under the beds. We found all kinds of items and dirt. 7. Pillows and mattress on Murphy bed need to be replaced as well. 8. Murphy bed is larger than the doorway clearance so it was not possible to close the bedroom door. 9. The view from the two back bedrooms was not appealing at all. All you see is the trash from the restaurant below. All kinds of boxes and trash accumulated on the mini courtyard. 10. French doors in one of the back bedrooms had broken glass, that’s a major hazard. 11. The apt should have central AC.
The dirt that came from under the Murphy bed, gross.

Perfect Location

Lots of great spots to eat and drink. The location was exactly what we were looking for. The only issue was we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work despite back and forth communication with the host.

Charming apartment in Lisbon

What a great stay at this apartment in Lisbon. The pictures are exactly as it presents. The apartment was located within walking distance of all major locations. The property management company was OUTSTANDING! They responded quickly and went above and beyond to make our stay terrific-even brought 4 more pillows for us. Really enjoyed our stay. THANK YOU!

Great Vacation

Really great apartment but happened to be 98 degrees Fahrenheit and there is no A/C - just be aware of this if traveling during the summer. Management company very responsive, helped arrange a transfer to the airport when we were leaving. Perfect location to see everything and amazing restaurants right near by. Easy walk to the waterfront, castle up the hills and supermarket. Front bedroom small, but others more spacious. Everything very clean and comfortable - we would love it to be our apartment! I would definitely recommend it.
