Excellent and beautiful 2-storey apartment fully renovated, located in a charming area in the city centre of Baixa, Lisbon, with 100 m², furnished with great taste, fully equipped, accommodating up to 5 people.



The apartment is located in a historic building in Baixa Pombalina with a lift, with a spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), two balconies and a terrace with a view over the old part of Lisbon. It has access to the internet, TV, air conditioning (hot and cold), central heating, towels, bed linen, amenities, hair dryer and iron.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.



Professional and sanitised cleaning with certified products, following the latest international hygiene guidelines.



The location is very central, you can walk to any place in the centre of Lisbon or you can take one of the many public transports available in that area to various parts of the city or to the beautiful beaches of the Cascais line or the Costa da Caparica.

Parking only at a payed public park, 3 minutes away walking. Parking on the street not available.

The apartment is very centrally located, but not on a Main Street and on the fifth floor (there is a small elevator) so it was quiet. It was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and very comfortable. Lots of windows and balconies. Silent AC. The host was responsive. Great stay.

Response to queries before arrival was prompt. Arrival was easy being met at the apartment. The apartment was in good condition, plenty of utensils in the kitchen for those who want to cook, the bed was comfortable and windows were easy to open. There was plenty of space for clothes and suitcases. The apartment is on the 5th floor but thankfully there was a lift. The building was quiet which allowed an undisturbed sleep. The location was central with easy access to bars and restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. We had an issue with the water at the weekend and Martin responded to a phone call immediately and it was resolved in 5 minutes. Lisbon was a great city with lots to see and do and many day trips out to the coast or the vineyards. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to others.

We loved our stay! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was central to the major sites and bus and tram stops were close by as well. Our hosts were helpful and quick to answer questions. We loved the unique washer/dryer (in one machine) so we could take care of laundry quickly and be back out seeing the sites. Great stay! Highly recommend!

Electric, well equipped apartment in a spectacularly walkable location. Out the front door and you have immediate access to countless patio restaurants. Martin, Luis, and João were all extremely helpful and responsive. The elevator to the 5th floor was a godsend. Great jump off point to explore this deeply historical city.

Great Location

We had a lovely stay, apt was well equipped. The 2nd bathroom downstairs for the upstair's bedroom is a little inconvenient. But, apt is beautiful, lots of light, and in an incredible location. Excellent Hospitality and Great Location

Overall, we had a great experience, and this apartment was ideal for exploring Lisbon during our too-short stay. Everything was as described in the listing, the apartment was well-appointed with lots of thoughtful touches, and the location was perfect to be able to see some of the major sights and get around easily. We also can't say enough about João and his exceedingly warm welcome; he went above and beyond helping us get settled and providing lots of local tips. Communication was great overall and the manager(s) were very accommodating.A few quick notes: 1.) We had a little trouble with the shower, as the temperature changed unexpectedly from freezing to boiling and back and didn't seem to be able to be regulated easily; 2.) The loft bedroom was great for the younger members of our group but may not be suited for those with more limited mobility, as the staircase is steep and narrow;3.) The beds are pretty firm and we did not sleep very well compared to other stops on our trip, and;4.) Those traveling with small children and/or who are concerned about such things may want to know that the upstairs loft has some nude art.

Phenomenal stay

Luis our host was amazing and went above and beyond, booking amazing activities and assisting in transfers at the end of our stay. Location is ideal, and very walkable, which was important as I was traveling with my Mom. Extra touches in the apartment like a bottle of wine, water, and fresh Pastel de Nata brought by Luis made out experience above and beyone. Highly recommend and look forward to returning again soon!

Gorgeous views in Baixa

In the heart of flat walkable Baixa, with easy access to the Alfama and Bairro Alto, this 5th floor flat is a 2-level beauty with elevator. Main floor bedroom has an ensuite so offers total privacy. Loft upstairs has huge bedroom with views of the Santa Justa Elevador, the Carmo Convent and from the small balcony of the Castelo de Sao Jorge. Well-equipped, modern amenities but old world charm (wood floors, iron balcony). Simply wonderful.
