Comfortable living near city center, minor inconve

Rooms were clean and well-appointed. It was so nice to have a place to do laundry and dishes. Convenient location, near a train station (Rossio) and metro stop (Rossio). Our main complaint was that there was a metal door stop right in front of the toilet that I nearly broke my foot on and stubbed my toe multiple times. I have a scab on my toe. It's in a truly terrible spot. Hotel also did not text me the entry codes until after check in time and I texted them fruitlessly for 10 minutes, even though my viking said they would send the codes an hour before check in. Note that the place is on a hill that can be steep to climb, but your life will be so much better if you go into the train station and take the escalators or elevators to the very top floor and exit there and then go downhill a half block to get to the hotel entrance. Hotel has an elevator but the entry way has a small step and the front door to get in is extremely heavy and hard to open (also too narrow for a standard wheelchair; you would need to open the second door). I cannot imagine trying to do it if I had mobility issues.

The furniture and property itself has seen some wear and tear like patched up holes in the walls and a dirty couch. There was hair in the bathroom from the previous guest so a more in depth clean would have been nice and there was a strange smell maybe coming from the drains at times, but it was in a great position. The elevator only worked to go up half of the time, not their fault obviously but hard to do several flights of stairs. However check in was super easy, having a code made getting in and out really quick and the location really can’t be beat. The bed was clean and comfortable and they had everything you need for a longer stay. Overall I would still recommend it. Oh and there was some noise from the other apartments but it was not too bad and not much from outside either

The location of this property is good, but it's a bit noisy due to being in the center. On the other hand, the staff was very helpful and accepted one of our family members to early check-in. The room was very clean, but it was not cleaned and the towels were not changed during our stay for five days..

Great location. Key pad to room didn’t work but fortunately housekeeping was in the hallway when we arrived and were able to give us their key. Large stain on couch and stains on area mat made the apartment look dirty although otherwise clean. Drain to shower also very slow. Simple fixes would make this a fantastic place to stay!

This spot was perfectly located, an easy car ride away from both the airport and the Oriente train station. We walked to many restaurants and sights in the area, including a very conveniently located Pingo Doce supermarket 5 minutes away. Although the area is very lively both during the day and at night, once we closed the windows, balcony doors, and shutters, almost no street noise got through – perfect for light sleepers. Our sunny apartment was super spacious, and the separate living/bedroom areas were convenient for going to sleep or waking up at different times. The little kitchen had everything we needed, though we didn’t do any cooking or make full meals. Perfect for light breakfasts, and plenty of coffee pods were provided. The all-in-one washer/dryer was extremely convenient, with a drying rack thoughtfully provided for delicate clothes. (As North Americans used to text on appliances, it was a little tricky to figure out how to use the icon-only machine, but after a quick Google, we were on our way.) Both the building itself and the elevator felt safe and we never heard any noise from other units. The only small negative point was that on arrival, we quickly noticed that the shower was not draining properly, with an inch’s worth of water accumulating at the bottom while showering. We let the property manager know right away, but despite giving them permission to send someone to fix the issue anytime, no one ever came. We were never able to use the shower normal.

The room was very spacious—perfect for two people! It’s centrally located, literally right across from the Rossio train station, which made getting to Sintra super easy. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. I highly recommend Solido and Valdo Gatti, both within walking distance. Our room also had a washer, and they even provided laundry detergent and a bottle of water. Check-in was smooth with no issues at all, and the hotel felt very safe with a secure outer lock and another lock for the room.

Unit was very clean & comfortable! Room amenities include dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent, soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion, plenty of toilet paper & towels. The room had big windows & was very bright. The bed was very comfortable. GREAT location near Rossio Square (although you will have to climb stairs to get from the square to the building). Downsides: WiFi seemed slow (I gave up trying to use it on my phone most of the time, although it did hold up for streaming). There is a TV, but no cable service - only streaming apps that you have to use your own login for. All the units are around the stairwell, and the sounds from people in the stairwell or slamming their doors carries into the room.
