- humidity everywhere in the apartment - unbreathable smell of humidity - dirty apartment with lots of cockroaches on the floor - Noisy - bathroom ceiling with lots of black spots from fungus - only one window in the entire apartment - request for a deposit of 250 euros guarantee upon check-in (something which does not was not explained when booking online - I strongly advise against staying in this apartment

C'est simple, client gold depuis 10 ans c'est mon pire séjour. Au programme de l'hôtel: irrespect, appartement sale, cafard, moisissure, photos qui ne ressemblent en rien à celle du site. Pas d'accueil, et une fois le paiement de la caution encaissé plus personne ne répond. Merci au service client d'hotel.com d'avoir su gérer la situation.
