A great welcome from the front desk team with a glass of port and pastel de nata! The hotel is in a great location for a first time visitor. Hotel is very clean and issue we had with the shower was resolved in super quick time. Although mattress is very very firm I would be happy to recommend for people to stay here !

Friendly, welcoming staff that truly make you feel cared for. The hotel is clean, chic, beautifully decorated, and has a great atmosphere. The location is excellent — right on a lively street with restaurants and within walking distance to the castle and many of Lisbon’s main attractions. A wonderful stay overall.

We enjoyed our stay at Behotelisboa. The property is extremely clean and the staff are very helpful with details for local things and places. I did find the room we booked smaller than expected but there are larger available. Overall the property is recommended and a great location to be central to Lisbon sites.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the hotel was located in a good location. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff in restaurant were excellent. The only improvement I would suggest is a bit more variety at breakfast from day to day, which would be especially important for guests staying several nights in the same place.
