This was a perfect stay at a perfect hotel! Everything was amazing: the breakfast fresh, varied and massive, the bed super comfortable, the bathroom spotlessly clean and fully equipped, the staff beyond polite & helpful (thank you Renato for the lunch suggestion, and thank you Rui for doing your best to upgrade us). The gastropub on the 7th floor was a gem. The view was breathtaking and the cocktails & food were all top notch. Both nights we went up there. The location is also very good as it is only a short walk from the historic centre, 15mins max to the river, and most importantly is in a flat area, not a hilly one, which made our walks with my 75 year old mum easy and enjoyable. I could not fault this hotel. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Great hotel in a good location. Beautiful balcony room on the 6th floor. Breakfast was delicious excellent choice on the buffet and good service. Friendly staff all around. The price was a bit high however.

Staff were very courteous and checked in with us daily. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean and the bathroom was luxurious. Although the room was lovely, the curtains were torn and the covering over the bed stand was worn away and withered. It was disappointing for a five star hotel.
