We had a blast here! The kids loved the lake and the kayaks. Josh was super helpful when we got a flat tire. He helped us fix it, even in the rain! We can't thank you enough for a wonderful weekend!

If you are looking for a beautiful quiet spot to get away this is it! Very accommodating host, needed something that wasn't in the cabin and host almost immediately brought it over and made sure we had what we needed. Thank you!

This cabin was quaint and cozy with a stellar view. The fall foliage made the surrounding area look and feel magical. We had a few minor complaints regarding our stay, most involving the main bedroom. The main bed’s mattress was already not very comfortable, and made more uncomfortable by being covered with, what felt like, a giant ziplock bag which was loud and reflected body heat. Additionally, there was no top sheet on the main bed, only a fitted sheet with a fuzzy blanket and a quilt. While this might seem trivial, a top sheet seems standard. Furthermore, the main bedroom had no furniture in it other than the bed and a small glass nightstand, despite having plenty of room for a dresser or something similar. This meant having to live out of our suitcases, which was not ideal for us. Finally, the bed was placed against the corner of the room and had access to only one outlet with only one available plug. Because my partner has a CPAP machine that needs to be plugged in, we had to plug our phones across the room at night which made the morning alarm situation more difficult than need be. All of this being said, the complaints we had were minor and all mostly easy to remedy prior to future bookings (and might even be by the time you book a stay here). None of these complaints were major, though, and we still enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommend if you are looking for insanely beautiful views and aren’t picky about comfort points regarding the main bedroom.
