The home is actually bigger than it appears in pictures, and the lofted ceilings make it seem even larger. All working, modern appliances, and FA heating with a tankless, on demand water heater and a large driveway/Parking area. I was in Lincoln City for a pool tournament at Chinook Winds Casino and entered last minute so finding available and affordable lodging for 4 days and nights was difficult. I and two others were to stay at this house making it competitively affordable to others at a non last minute booking. Im not sure if the prices change much per number of guests but this home sleeps/ houses up to 8 adult people comfortably. Unfortunately for me, the other two people who where to join me backed out and I had to pay for the whole thing myself which was a bit much for one person, but that's no fault of the owner/rental management. I can't comment much on other beach related amenities other than it's just a couple of blocks from the beach and a few stores and restaurants and only a 15 min walk to the casino! As a matter of fact, I'm looking to see if I can't reserve this property a year ahead of time for next year's tournament. Which should give me plenty of time to find reliable roommates!
