The staff was great. The rates were excellent! We ended up with a balcony and an ocean view. It wasnt full ocean view because we were on the 101 and 1/2 mile inland so over the rooftops we could see waves breaking and hear the ocean. The room was clean and comfortable. Only down side was the sauna was out of order.

I can easily say I will never stay at this hotel again. The staff engaged in conversation with my friends and I about some very inappropriate AI videos that the staff member presented and found hilarious. I had multiple rooms reserved for a quick beach trip. Each room was somehow more "pungent" and dirtier than the last when walked through. We each aired our rooms out to allow the smell of mildew, urine, dog, and possibly fecal matter escape to the great outdoors. Light fixtures were in semi working order, bathroom plumbing was hit or miss, and one room still had skidmarks in the toilet from a previous tenant. I'm not sure what I expected from such a cheap rate, but I can assure you it is not worth the money unless the other option is homelessness. None of the tvs worked in our rooms, and I'm pretty sure I heard domestic violence during the night. The two positives for this place: 1. It is not outside 2. Parking is convenient for ground floor units

Unfriendly staff, terribly uncomfortable bed and They wanted $30 for a late check out, essentially another 30$ on top of the room rate for just one more hour in a room where the fireplace didn't even work. 8 don't recommend this hotel at all. I would rather stay at the Siletz Bay Lodge at the other end of town. The staff is nicer, the views and the beach are wonderful and their breakfast is way better

Staff is always very kind. The rooms are always very clean. The only bad things were sauna wasn't working and hot tub had stopped working. The breakfast is pretty good. Have stayed there a few times while out at the coast would stay there again but will call ahead to make everything is working before we go.

Staff been amazing but the pool area including the tiny gym need serious construction work and the gym isn’t realy a gym besides the open door to pool equipment is concerning if not dangerous! The breakfast was a two out of ten no fresh fruits everything almost out and no sausages/bacon on both days plus I had to ask the staff several times to refill bagels the breakfast room itself wasn’t inviting at all I remember a view years ago that has been different! Obviously somone try’s to save money! The rooms where ok but also a renovation is needed!
