We had our gavorite roomwhich has a walkout to the beach! The kitchen is good 2 recliners a beautiful gas fp tv comfy queen bed and the sound of the ocean! So worth it!!

Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. The balcony on the 3rd floor was a great place to sit and watch the ocean. Some wear and tear on the building. Stairs are in need of some improvements. The light outside our door was missing, was very dark. No elevator…so if you can’t handle stairs and climbing 3 flights, probably need to request lower floor. Front desk guy was very nice, appreciate that. We would come back.

Kitchen was clean/excellent, only problem the faucet in the sink needs repair. Was looking forward to the hot tub, jets didn't work. Sat in it anyway!

Kitchen has pans etc beach is literally right outside the slider door. Staff was nice. Would be nice if they provided some type of breakfast, maybe an option to buy some wine at check in. Overall this is my favorite place to stay.
