Room was a good size and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was excellent. They have an excellent program to encourage better use of housekeeping. The restaurant food was very good.

Parking was very easy but bit of a walk. There was at least a loading unloading spot out front. Staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Lovely folks. Great location to walk around city center. Highly recommend.

Good but noisy

Nice hotel, only down fall is my room at the front is beside a bar and the noise went on to 12.30 with the bar then had to deal with everyone outside after so maybe ask for a room to the back

Great location

Room was clean and in the process of being updated. I am not sure that the AC actually worked but they had two windows and a fan. The hotel was close enough to walk from the train station and to many pubs and cafes.

The room was huge, clean, and luxurious. The only problem I had, which the hotel couldn't help with was girls laughing and talking outside our room at the end of the hallway. We only had 3/4 roll of toilet paper in our room, and the weird one, is no outlets next to the bed, so we could plug in phones or the CPAP machine.

Great service at reception and in the restaurant. Parking was close, though not on the property and for additional cost. The room was spacious, quiet, lots of amenities like delicious coffee and tea, chocolates, and biscuits.
