This apartment was a perfect "home base" for our trip to Limerick. The location was convenient for all that we wanted to do and the apartment was well appointed. We very much appreciated the host's flexibility with an early check in as we had a very long travel day (overnight) prior to arrival. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Alas a poor review due to poor communication with host. Not until hours before check in did host confess to double booking ?? Must say Stayz were excellent in remediating.Would beware this listing ? Scam?

The guests were unable to contact the host were not able to check in at the indicated time, no one available to speak to. They had to find alternative accommodation. Unacceptable and unprofessional service. Reading previous messages yesterday the date of the stay the host had said the dates were not available and yet payment was taken in full. I am requesting a full refund.
