The Limerick City hotel was in a convenient location so was walkable to most places. The hotel restaurant was nice but the room was much smaller than expected. Glad we only had one night there.

Easy and prompt checkin. Clean room available for early checkin. We added breakfast option. Beautiful dining room/ bar with great food. Breakfast had menu options and was quickly. Bed soft. Newly remodeled bathroom. Front staff called taxis for us. Not many dining or shopping options in hotel block but within 1/2 mile walk.

Terrible… moved from room 601as sink blicked… moved to 3rd floor toom — equally poor… no tea/coffee provisionc, phone didnt work so partner had to go to reception to report the above. Then door key wouldnt work ! Light above L side of bed non functioning , hairdryer Faulty - made noise like food mixer !. TV didnt work- only shopping channels seemed available ! Room over warm - had to leave windows ipen ( much noise from outside in street)…. A redeeming point was food in bar in evening. Was good —- will not stop here again

The location was great. The breakfast was wonderful. The front desk people were welcoming. Unfortunately our Room 417 had an odour that remained even when housekeeping clean the room on day 2. Housekeeping also agreed that the room smelt bad. We had ask for another room on day 1 but the hotel was full. The rest of the facilities were fine.

Lovely hotel but for the price you would expect a residents bar. Returned from a concert and at 10:30 on a Sunday night could not get a beer, crazy.

Double check your room type with hotels.com

Beware of family rooms. Double check the room type you are being offered. It's not clear on the Hotels.com site. I thought I was booking a room with a double bed and bunk beds, but there was no double bed! I have never encountered any issues before with other companies.

Didn’t meet expectations

Sadly the hotel didn’t meet expectations. For the price, it was tired, not the cleanest with a small bed. The bathroom wasn’t super clean, very small with dodgey toilet flush, and barely working shower.
