Nice hotel, friendly staff and clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was included in the stay, and was good. It would be nice to have some vegetables but overall it was good. Free and easy parking just outside the hotel.

Enjoyed our stay very much

The hotel was modern, spacious, clean with a friendly ambience. The only negatives were that a couple of lamps didn't work and that the key cards stopped working a couple of times. We had a family room (2 separate spacious rooms with 2 bathrooms and our own mini hallway) - it would be nice if we had a doorstop for both rooms not just the one. We kept one door ajar with a towel to avoid locking ourselves out. We enjoyed watching the airport next door in action. Breakfast was very nice but I wouldn't recommend it for dinner (plenty of other options close by) It was very easy to get there from the motorway with plenty of parking

Overall the hotel was great for us as a family. Big family room and clean condition. The area also feel quite safe compare to many other locations i. Lille. The breakfast choices was very limited foods ran out quite quickly and weren’t not refilled afterwards. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again Definitely will come and stay again

A beautiful hotel RUINED by the constant stench of cigarette smoke!! The hotel is in great settings, very clean, very comfy rooms with lovely staff. But all of this ruined by the constant smell of cigarette smoke coming in through the vents in the bathroom - from 11pm to 5am the place just STANK. In the end we had to sleep with the window wide open and the heating off just to stop the smell. Also someone seemed to be slamming the main doors constantly all night making the whole room shake The staff on front desk for apologetic but seemed to know this happens!?!?! For such a nice hotel this really shouldn't happen. Without this it would be a 5/5 easy

Not too bad for a budget hotel

The hotel is fine in that it’s clean and offers what it states. Rooms were bucket furnished for a hotel of this calibre. No free drink offered as per the booking, and told it wasn’t available so slightly peed off as part of the booking. Staff friendly
