One night stopover

This was a one night stop on our way south - we have stayed before and enjoy seeing the horses nearby. The breakfast was very nice. the only issue was that the holder for the shower head was broken, so we had to hold it ourselves. A good budget friendly place in summary.

Great stay for a practical visit in the area

Perfect: great value for money, a bit outside Lille / Roubaix and free/ safe parking which was very important to me. Room clean and quiet as well as comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a short stay (2 nights for us). Was helping my kids move out of their flats from UNI.

Chose this hotel because it had a restaurant and we were arriving late. Found out, that on a Friday evening, the restaurant was closed - a little bit annoying. Luckily there is an amazing restaurant behind the hotel near the horse riding centre.

Restaurant closed, no kettle

This hotel was chosen due to having a restaurant. It was closed. We were not notified before we arrived. This meant we had to travel out again that evening. In addition our free drinks for being silver members had to be chased for. check-in didn't feel welcoming. No drink making or kettle facilities in the room or elsewhere. Parking was convenient and secure though.

Chère Myriam, Sachez que je me préoccupe, moi aussi, bien davantage des personnes qui osent espérer un minimum de standing. Découvrir une chambre seulement à moitié équipée à son arrivée est une démonstration éclatante de l'incompétence de la gérance de votre établissement. Pour couronner le tout, votre entrée au saumon n'était vraiment pas présentable. Quant à votre dessert, savamment dissimulé sous un épais maquillage de chantilly, c'était à la rigueur ce qu'il y avait de mieux... Heureusement que la personne à l'accueil était serviable et gentille. C'est bien la seule chose qui sauve un peu le tableau au milieu de ce désert de professionnalisme. Bref, je ne vous dérange pas plus et vous laisse nager tranquillement dans votre autosatisfaction. Bonne continuation.

Cela fait plusieurs années que je viens dans cet hotel et je suis de plus en plus déçue et je pense que la prochaine fois, j'irais un peu plus loin. Ce serait bien d'entretenir celui-ci. En effet, il n'y a plus de volets roulants par exemple, mais effectivement il y a des rideaux occultants à la place. Dans la salle de bain, il n'y a qu'une seule grande serviette, pas de petite. Si on ne reste qu'une nuit, pourquoi pas mais quand on reste plusieurs nuits, je trouve ça limite, surtout pour un 3 étoiles. Apres, il y a des liseuses mais celles-ci ne fonctionnent pas (pourquoi les laisser ?) Dans la salle de bain, grosse fuite au niveau du tuyau de douche et la boite où l'on met le papier toilette ne tient pas du tout. Ce qui fait pas mal de petits détails qui gâchent un peu tout le reste

Aucun service, y compris la réception qui n'est pas ouverte le dimanche midi Nous avons demandé l'annulation de nos petits déjeuner en arrivant : impossible car paiement en ligne. Nous avons demandé de prendre un verre au bar le soir à 19h : impossible car le week-end c'est fermé. La salle de bain a des moisissures, le lit pour 2 est en fait 2 lits collés avec du linge individuel, le standing n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles. Environnement très bruyant. Bref, le seul avantage fut la distance entre notre soirée et l'hôtel !
