Nice convenient friendly hotel

Nice hotel with very friendly staff, located in a convenient location to get into the centre of Lille via the tram. Rooms are a bit on the small side and mine was a little dark, you can hear noise from the lift and corridor through the door but it was quiet otherwise. Despite this it was a comfortable stay and I slept well. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful.

Checking was shambolic. Although it was a group booking we had to pay the taxes individually and the check in chap took for ever to do it. The room was clean but tiny with one bed tight against the wall so you could only get in and out at the end. The toilet ran out of water so was disgusting. The dining area stank of sewage so we went to a local Paul for breakfast.

The room was ok but the shower was a bit underwhelming. The a/c didn't actually cool the room, although the fan worked and the white noise that provided was useful. The most disappointing aspect of my stay was the breakfast, which is available until 10am. I arrived in the restaurant just after 9am to find only scraps of ham, no eggs and no way to make a cup of tea - who wants loose tea leaves in a cup?

Des codes a 10 chiffres pour entrer dans votre chambre a taper sur un tout petit clavier, un autre a 5 chiffres pour l interphone ( il faut le faire plusieurs fois pour que cela fonctionne) et un 3 ème a 6 chiffres pour le parking. La ventilation de la chambre est tres bruyante et ne s arrete pas meme si un bouton est a disposition. Les fermes portes des chambres sont tous morts et font claquer les portes violemment réveillant tout l étage a minuit et 6 heures du matin Les WC sont collés au mur ( si vous êtes un peu fort tres compliqué de s assoir colle au mur. Pas de seche cheveux Literie correct et buffet petit dejeuner ok

Bonjour hôtel bien situé propre personnel au top. Cependant je petit déjeuner n'est pas a la hauteur pour 13.90€ il a augmenté 2 fois depuis que l'hôtel a été rénové d'ibis à bnb. Des oeufs brouillés du pain des yaourts des compotes une salade de fruits du jambon du fromage le jus en machine boisson chaude le café est bas de gamme. Zéro gauffre hors c'est notifié dans la liste des aliments avant il y avait du becon là non pas de saucisse pas de gâteau fait maison ni mini crêpe il me semble avant . Malheureusement le petit déjeuner ne m'intéresse plus car il n'est pas à la hauteur du tarif. Les chambres conforts sont jolie mais pas assez de rangement pour 2 personnes pour 2 nuits une mini oanderie avec 5 ceintres dommage.
