Apres avoir envoyé un message pour informer qu'un problème médical nous empêcher de nous déplacer, nous savions que nous ne pouvions pas annuler mais nous avons demander à reporter notre réservation. cependant nous n'avons même pas eu de retour de la part du propriétaire. Quel manque de délicatesse et de communication.
