The small holiday village consists of 12 units in a green area and is only about 900 m from the beach and about 800 m from the center of Lignano Pineta. Lignano - the well-kept and elegant seaside resort with its three districts Sabbiadoro, Pineta and Riviera is located on a green peninsula between Venice and Trieste. Behind the 9 km long fine sandy beach, up to 100 m wide, there is a 250 hectare pine belt with beautiful parks. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Only small dogs allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. WLAN only for smaller amounts of data.
