This brand new apartment offers the best comforts, including air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, an induction cooktop, and a secure entrance door. The building also features a coin-operated laundry (with washing machine and dryer). Located in a newly built residential complex, it is just a few steps from the beach and the center of Sabbiadoro.

The apartment, ideal for up to 6 guests, consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a beautiful large terrace. Both air-conditioning and heating are available to ensure a comfortable stay year-round.

Please note that this property is not available for groups composed exclusively of young adults aged 18 to 26, to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests.

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.
