We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and room. Breakfast tasted amazing. The staff was very nice and flexible. I accidentally left my purse at the work venue which had our room key in it. They easily looked up my information and was able to get us into our room without a problem. We returned all keys at the end of our stay. Would definitely book and recommend again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. HUGE suites! Very quiet. Rooms were very clean. One disappointment - the water pressure in the shower was weak. Also, the bathroom sink cold water "knob" didn't work. It was missing a "screw" to hold into place. I brought it to their attention and they are working on it.

#1 we never received maid service. # 2 Pool area was dirty. Pool was freezing #3 We we the first guests at breakfast but the eating area was dirty. Sticky tables and overflowing garbage cans. All staff were very kind

Location is convenient. Room was a good size and clean. Bed was comfortable. Walls, unfortunately, seem quite thin and water pressure at bathroom sink and shower were not good. If you have thick, long hair it takes a while to rinse out shampoo. Overall,a good stay though
