💯 customer satisfaction!! Start to finish….check-in staff was awesome (Trent was his name?), extreme cleanliness, updated contemporary furniture throughout the lobby/hotel. Rooms were comfortable, including beds, while also being pet-friendly for a low fee of $25. Check-out was a breeze with friendly staff and a warm breakfast buffet!! We’ll stay every year on our way back from Florida!!

The microwave and refrigerator did not work, the coffeemaker leaked, there was no hair dryer and no conditioner in the dispenser. The sink was badly cracked and badly patched. At least the bed was comfortable.

The room was a great layout. Could use some repair here and there as it showed wearness. Where it was located in the building was perfect! Very quiet and we were there on New Years Eve. We basically were the ONLY room in that area and loved it! Very friendly staff.

The whole place was worn and not very well kept up. On the outside the paths were full of holes and dirty. The bathroom had the worst toilet paper I have ever experienced. The controls of the room temperature didn't work.

1)As soon as we enter the room my son mentioned there was blood on the floor, after I inspected it I realized it was only ketchup, I took a wet towel and wiped up the red spots on the floor and wall 2) After our evening activities we returned to room round 11pm I climbed in bed and found a dirty sock from a previous guest between the bed sheets clearly proving the bed sheets weren't changed it was late and the other bed looked fine so I slept with my son. 3) In the morning while showering there was racist word written on the mirror that could only be seen when the bathroom had steamed upped
