The front desk person at check in was very nice. However, when my wifi didn’t work, she just gave me the phone number for the internet service provider. Also had some sketchy stains on my sheets and the shower was lukewarm at best.

Traveling cross country. Worst stay so far. Mattress was broken with springs poking out. Dogs were barking in neighboring rooms starting at 7:30 am. Barking continued off and on for over an hour with nothing done about it by hotel staff. A dog was walking the hallways off leash when we were checking out. If you travel with a dog that you refuse to leash and that barks all day and you don’t care about anyone other than yourself then this is the hotel for you.
