Lovely hotel, very clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay. The old pine floors can be a bit loud when you walk around the room but seems that is part of the history of the hotel.

Two stays this week and both times i was met with a frigid 60 tenp room and no ability to adjust. Had to call for help both tines. 2nd stay, the phone in room was not operabke. I put my arrival time on reservation, might be nice to have 68 temp going upon arrival.

Heat didn't work very well, the shelf in the room was busted, there was mildew in the shower, the view outside the room was of the air conditioning units. At this price point, I would have just stayed at a "lower end" hotel.

Thought check in was at 3 which is pretty standard. There were literally 4 cars in the parking lot but still would not let me check in til 4. Had a basement room. Room itself was nice. Down side: Could hear the glass door bang open and close every time. Upside: Beautiful facility and was fun to wander although was bummed the bar wasn't open (I came on a weekday). Did get the breakfast and was very impressed. Also had an issue at checkout. My key stopped working while I was loading my car. Had to go to front desk twice. She finally just came with me with the master key. But overall I would stay again.
