The first rooms floor was wet. Once we switched rooms, we had to get a plug for the bathtub installed. There was sediment in the bath and we had to clean/disinfect the tub ourselves. The pool room was AT MOST 65 degrees, making the entire purpose of us being there useless. Not one guest who came into the pool room could swim in the pool. The manager came in WEARING A TURTLENECK and scoffed at us for rationally finding the room freezing. Do not stay here if you want to use the pool room or have a clean environment. The staff were nice but not the manager in the turtleneck.

Safe place to stay. Room could use better lighting. Hot tub would have been awesome had it been hot; told front desk about the issue, they did send maitenance men to look at it, but I don't think the issue was resolved. There was something sticky on carpet in our room. Had to manually kick off heater, it wouldn't turn off.

I never leave reviews good or bad but the night staff were rude during my check in Saturday night. The bathroom towels were not clean. The shower barely had enough water pressure to shower with. And the heater/ac didn’t work at all, which was a shame when it started snowing during night

The AC did not work, the shower drain clogged as soon as we got in, and the toilet did not flush correctly. The room and bed was nice but those things definitely threw it off.
