Within two hours of checking in we immediately checked out and stayed somewhere else because we found mold, mildew, rust and bugs in our room. A/C and fridge did not work and the floor and beds were damp. Also the drain plug in the bathtub did not work. We have a child who is autistic and is very sensitive to airborne allergens so we did not feel safe and will not be returning

The staff was very pleasant, Breakfast was good. I did like they had coffee, hot tea available 24/7 ever night they had popcorn, cookies. The hottub need to be fix , the area around hot tub need clean it smell like mold . The room was clean . Beds weren't comfy

The property was very clean, breakfast was good. The staff didn’t go out of their way to be friendly, not unfriendly, just not friendly. Didn’t feel like they appreciated us choosing them over other options, so many good options in that area, just not available for our trip. Would probably stay there again, but not in our top five choices.

I immediately noticed the peeling paint on the stairway rails as I stood waiting to check in. The stain and varnish on the wood flooring in the entry way was worn down to bare wood and the sidewalks and driveway drop-off areas ware stained from garbage can runoff. When we entered our room the trash cans had no trash bags in them and were sitting on the couch. I'm not sure what kind of cleaning supplies they are using but the room surfaces had a sticky feeling. If I had not booked through a third party with all the hassle of trying to get a refund, I would have walked out and probably should have anyway...
