The house is in a safe neighborhood and as a big back yard for the kids to safely play. (The backyard is not fully fenced in) The house is completely furnished with all amenities included. Bring your tooth brush and some clothes and you will feel right at home. Direct TV is in every room with internet access included. Pets are welcomed for a $50 fee. You are 10 min. from the Kentucky Horse Park and 20 min. from downtown Lexington. Monthly rental discount is available.

The house was beautiful. In a quiet neighborhood, just a mile from food/gas/shopping and 3 miles from downtown old Georgetown. A large fenced back yard. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, there were coffee pots and a tea kettle. A tv (direct tv) in every bedroom and the family room. Plenty of tables and chairs for a large group of 8 like our group. Long drive can accommodate 6 cars/SUVs. Just a great stay. Thank you JP.

This home was perfect for our family to stay at so we could visit our youngest daughter, who attends UK, for the holiday! We also have family who lives in Stamping Ground/Nicholasville and Harrodsburg. Perfect quiet neighborhood. We’ve always stayed in Lexington or Nicholasville over the years, but we loved Georgetown and will be staying in this area again! Highly recommend this home and area!
